- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering a creative and collaborative environment
- Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and continuously optimize marketing efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience working in B2B marketing environments, preferably within financial services, fintech, or professional services
- Strong creative thinking combined with strategic planning capabilities
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and campaign performance
- Experience leading or mentoring marketing teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to translate complex offerings into clear and engaging marketing content
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
