- Manage the company's website and digital presence.
- Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Design customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Enhance customer experience through targeted campaigns and communication.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
- Support brokers and partners with marketing materials and campaigns.
- Build relationships with key distribution channels.
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations issued by Saudi Central Bank.
- Review and approve marketing content to ensure compliance with insurance advertising guidelines.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Experience in the Saudi market is required.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- Digital marketing expertise (social media, SEO, paid ads, analytics).
- Creative thinking and campaign development skills.
