- Knowledge of local and international suppliers, especially for FF&E and MEP items.
- Understanding of import/export documentation and logistics (especially for projects in the Middle East ).
- Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract terms.
- Familiarity with fit-out project requirements, materials, and specifications.
- Ability to assess costs, negotiate prices, and secure best-value deals.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Able to handle supplier negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP software, or procurement platforms (e.g., ODO etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple procurement packages and deadlines simultaneously
