- Develop and manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and B2B clients within the assigned region
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market reach
- Execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall commercial objectives
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to regional growth plans
- Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and pricing trends
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient delivery and stock availability
- Support collection processes and maintain healthy account performance
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, pipelines, and client performance
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, distribution, or key account management
- Strong exposure to wholesale, retail, or contractor-driven environments
- Experience within Saudi Arabia, particularly in Western regions
- HoReCa experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate independently in the field
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
