Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.Are you ready to love your job?The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:This role sits within the Sales and Account Management team and plays a critical role in supporting the commercial success of assigned accounts.You will act as a commercial and operational enabler, ensuring strong coordination across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Customer stakeholders. While the role does not carry a sales target, it is instrumental in ensuring that booked business is executed, invoiced, and converted into cash efficiently.You are detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong ability to follow through, challenge when needed, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Commercial and Account Support
  • Support Account Managers in the execution of customer engagements, ensuring alignment between commercial commitments, contracts, and delivery.
  • Act as a central coordination point between Sales, Delivery, Finance, and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency between opportunity scope, signed contracts, and execution realities.
Revenue Assurance and Cash Collection (Core Focus)
  • Support end-to-end invoice lifecycle management, ensuring invoices are submitted in line with contractual terms, milestones, and purchase orders.
  • Perform rigorous follow-up on invoice submission and customer acceptance.
  • Engage proactively with customer departments including Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Accounts Payable, IT, and Contracts to facilitate timely payments.
  • Conduct proactive and, where required, on-site follow-ups to accelerate payment cycles.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracking sheet for all assigned accounts (invoice status, payment timelines, aging, risks).
  • Identify and escalate payment delays, disputes, and contractual misalignments.
  • Provide weekly reporting to VP Commercial/Sales, highlighting status, risks, and mitigation actions.
  • Ensure strong alignment between project delivery, invoicing readiness, and cash collection.
Contract and Commercial Alignment
  • Support the Contract Manager and Sales team in contract preparation, review, and amendments.
  • Ensure alignment with:
  • Local Saudi regulatory requirements
  • Customer-specific practices
  • SITA commercial and financial interests
  • Identify contractual gaps that may impact invoicing or payment cycles.
  • Contribute to structuring agreements that optimize cash flow and reduce financial exposure.
Coordination and Execution Support
  • Track key activities across accounts to ensure smooth execution of commitments.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, invoicing readiness, and issue resolution.
  • Support change requests, purchasing follow-ups, and administrative coordination when required.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting including account updates, risk logs, and collection tracking.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation supporting internal governance and customer interactions.
Research and Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze account and project data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support initiatives to enhance commercial discipline, invoicing processes, and customer experience.

  • Accurate, complete, and up-to-date tracking of all assigned accounts
  • Consistent and insightful weekly reporting to VP Commercial/Sales
  • Stakeholder Engagement Effectiveness
  • Proactive follow-up leading to resolution of payment delays
  • Effective coordination across internal teams and customer departments
  • Contractual and Commercial Alignment
  • Reduction of issues caused by misalignment between contracts, delivery, and invoicing
  • Early identification and mitigation of commercial risks
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Business or Administrative degree or equivalent experience
  • Formal contract management/project management/negotiations training is a plus
  • Experience supporting Sales, Account Management, Project/Program or Contract/bid environments
  • Exposure to commercial operations, invoicing, or contract management is highly desirable
  • Experience in IT, aviation, or complex B2B environments is a plus
