- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales platforms and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales management to identify areas for improvement and drive platform enhancements.
- Train and support sales personnel on the effective use of sales tools and processes.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to assess platform performance and identify actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for sales tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our sales platform capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment across business initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales platform management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and technology stack, including CRM platforms.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in sales technology or management are a plus.
