Project Manager (DEL 156)

• Manage all aspects of project execution from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery in compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Direct and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives performance and innovation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline resource allocation, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement in project management practices.
• Oversee contractual relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure performance meets specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on large-scale infrastructure or development projects.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading successful project teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate complex situations and deliver under pressure.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
