- Lead the planning and execution of commercial office projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
- Utilize project management software and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance project delivery.
- Oversee quality control and assurance processes, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required specifications and standards.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within commercial office developments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with commercial contract management and understanding of legal implications.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desired.
