Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
At least 10 years of relevant experience in engineering planning and project management.
Demonstrated experience in overseeing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Strong ability to analyze project data and create effective plans.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to mentor team members and engage with clients.
Experience in risk assessment and mitigation in project environments.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively under pressure.
Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
