  • Monitor project costs, revenue, and risk metrics, presenting performance reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement processes and subcontract agreements in compliance with financial and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to optimize processes and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide strategic leadership to commercial teams and manage claims, invoicing, and client negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with FIDIC-based contracts and support dispute resolution where required.
  • Align commercial activities with the company's net zero carbon commitments.
  • Support knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement within the commercial function.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • 10-12 years of experience with Tier 1 contractors or cost consultancy firms.
  • Strong background in procurement, cost control, and FIDIC contract management.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Arabic language proficiency is essential.
  • Previous Middle East experience and eligibility for Saudi Arabia visa and client approval are mandatory.
