The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A valid driving license is essential for this position, as it involves regular travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for the FMCG food, retail, wholesale, food services, and HORECA sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management for strategic planning.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and development.
Preferred Candidate: * 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG food, retail, wholesale, food services, or HORECA.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
