job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the smart home sector (lighting, automation, security ,CCTV, Firefighting etc.) across KSA.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills Required:
  • Strong knowledge of smart home technologies (lighting control, automation, security systems, AV solutions. ELV system).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in KSA.
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, with good market understanding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or Business Administration.
  • Technical certifications in automation/smart home technologies (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
