Join our pre-opening Rooms Division team as Laundry Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, you will assist in launching and managing all laundry operations—ensuring efficient service for guest garments, uniforms, and linens while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.What You Will DoSupport pre-opening tasks including equipment setup, vendor coordination, operating supply inventory, and standard operating procedure development.Oversee daily laundry operations for guest laundry, uniforms, and hotel linens, ensuring quality and timely service.Supervise and train Laundry Attendants, ensuring productivity, proper handling of fabrics, and adherence to safety standards.Monitor laundry facility cleanliness, machinery functionality, and chemical usage.Implement and maintain inventory controls and par levels for linen and guest items.Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office for smooth flow of laundry and valet services.Assist in scheduling, reporting, and maintaining operational records.Uphold Four Seasons service culture and lead by example in teamwork and professionalism.What You BringPrevious experience in laundry operations within luxury hospitality is required.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Pre-opening or new hotel launch experience is preferred.Knowledge of fabric care, laundry machinery, and safety protocols.Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
