Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Join our pre-opening Rooms Division team as Laundry/Valet Supervisor at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Laundry Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in launching and supervising the laundry and valet operations, ensuring timely, high-quality service for guest garments, uniforms, and hotel linens in line with Four Seasons standards.What You Will DoAssist in pre-opening tasks such as equipment installation, layout setup, inventory organization, and standard operating procedure development.Oversee the day-to-day activities of the laundry and valet team, ensuring smooth coordination between guest laundry, staff uniforms, and linen services.Inspect finished items for cleanliness, presentation, and proper handling of delicate fabrics.Train and supervise team members on garment care, equipment use, and safety protocols.Monitor laundry and valet request logs, delivery timelines, and guest preferences.Communicate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Residences to ensure seamless service and special request fulfillment.Ensure all laundry equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when necessary.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laundry and valet environment at all times.What You BringPrevious supervisory experience in laundry/valet operations within luxury hospitality.Strong attention to detail and understanding of garment care, fabric types, and pressing standards.Pre-opening experience is an advantage.Organizational and communication skills to lead a team and interact with multiple departments.Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
