We are seeking a Full Time Executive Chef with Proven work experience, creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation.You will be “The chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Education, or a related field.
Proven work experience 10+ years of management experience is required.Possesses in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness, and ensures compliance with health department guidelines, and other food safety standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
