  • Assisting the Client and employees in the day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
  • Coordinate with client representatives to ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and site readiness
  • Monitor attendance, timesheets, and performance metrics for deployed personnel
  • Support visa processing, Iqama renewals, and GOSI registration in collaboration with HR and PRO teams
  • Maintain accurate records of employee movements, contracts, and operational KPIs
  • Assist in procurement and logistics of PPE, uniforms, and site essentials
  • Prepare operational reports and dashboards for internal and client review
  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payroll validation, and cost tracking
Requirement
Bachelor's in Business Administration, HR, or related field
3–5 years in operations coordination within SMP, HR outsourcing, or manpower supply
