Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure initiatives across the bank. This includes projects involving data center upgrades, cloud migrations, network and security enhancements, system integrations, and business continuity planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and a solid understanding of the banking environment, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for infrastructure-related initiatives.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams: network, security, systems, cloud, and application teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Risk) and external vendors.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSP, local central bank rules).
Monitor and report on project progress using dashboards and formal reporting tools.
Identify risks and issues early, and develop mitigation plans.
Manage procurement and vendor relationships (hardware/software, service providers).
Support testing, deployment, and change management activities.
Ensure successful handover to operations and support teams after implementation.

RequirementsQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in banking infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure domains: networks, servers, data centers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, private cloud).
Familiarity with core banking systems, payment gateways, and IT security in financial institutions.
