Purpose· To manage and lead Dhahran showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high showroom standards. And KPIsRoles & Responsibilities:· Supervise daily sales activities in the showroom.· Ensure monthly sales targets are met.· Coach and support sales consultants to improve performance· Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.· Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with logistics.· Generate and analyze daily/weekly sales reports.· Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelineQualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.· Knowledge of automotive brands and products is a plus.Fluent in Arabic and English
