- Support in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing communication plans that align with product launches, promotional campaigns, and overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure messaging is consistent and resonates with Infiniarc target audience.
- Creates project ideas to build communities, create brand awareness and contribute brand value.
- Write and edit high-quality content for various channels, including product descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, landing pages, product detail pages for ecomm and social media.
- Create engaging narratives, product descriptions, and promotional materials that highlight the unique features and benefits of our client's consumer and commercial PC hardware, using storytelling to connect with gamers and end users.
- Produce engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and product guides.
- Collaborate with designers on assets (e.g., unboxing experiences, social media carousels) that highlight product USPs.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote new hardware releases or features.
- Collaborate with the product team to align messaging and timing for product launches.
- Analyze performance metrics from campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage campaigns to touch esports and gaming community.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications reflect the brands voice and identity.
- Monitor brand perception within the community, conducting research and surveys to gather feedback and insights.
- Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and visuals across all marketing channels.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content updates.
- Work alongside the digital marketing team to optimize content for SEO and improve user engagement on digital platforms.
- Track KPIs (engagement rates, conversion from tech review traffic, affiliate sales).
- A/B test messaging for performance (e.g., "frames win games" vs. "low-latency dominance").
- Report on competitor campaigns and emerging.
- B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the technology or gaming industry.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and management tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or Grammarly) to optimize messaging, streamline workflows, and enhance communication effectiveness.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to apply them in content creation is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
