- Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore new opportunities.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calls, and visiting companies and sites.
- Study market trends and target high-value clients within the luxury product sector.
- Deliver detailed presentations highlighting the features and benefits of products such as wallpaper, fabrics, and carpets.
- Prepare samples and mockups according to client preferences and project needs.
- Assist clients in selecting the right products based on design needs, budget, and timelines.
- Process orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and follow up on installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
- Provide suggestions for product improvements or additions based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including customer feedback and revenue updates.
- Attend trade shows, design exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies and raise product awareness.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain high service standards.
- Provide technical support and advice on product care and maintenance.
- Plan and manage daily routes and client visits to maximize time efficiency.
- Prioritize clients and projects to ensure optimal use of resources and maximize sales.
- Work closely with design and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences and emerging trends.
- Solid knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to prepare commercial offers and negotiate deals.
- Familiarity with company products and target market.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales technologies.
