- Manage delivery of infrastructure projects including STPs, RO plants, data centers, and generator farms.
- Oversee remote roadworks, earthworks, drainage, and utility network installations.
- Apply deep technical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and material specifications.
- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across all project activities.
- Coordinate with contractors to achieve programme milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain QA/QC compliance and manage seamless project handovers.
- Participate in forecasting and lookahead meetings, providing robust technical insights.
- Monitor contractor performance and support cost and risk assessments.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
- Drive sustainable practices aligned with net-zero carbon objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects within the Middle East.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain programme control.
- Comprehensive knowledge of QA standards, health and safety regulations, and modern construction methodologies.
- Eligibility to meet Saudi visa and client approval requirements.
