Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.Set up and maintain desktop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.Support and troubleshoot internal systems such as time attendance, CCTV, and email services.Install, configure, and maintain software and operating systems.Assist with data backup procedures and ensure data security.Escalate unresolved issues to the IT Manager or external vendors as needed.Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.???? Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in IT support (experience in the construction sector is a plus).Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to travel to project sites when necessary.Ready to join immediately
