
Assistant Front Desk Manager – Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, Saudi Arabia

- Supervise the Front Desk team to ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Support the Front Office Manager in managing daily operations, scheduling, team development, and service standards.
- Resolve guest concerns and requests promptly with genuine care and effective service recovery.
- Ensure all guest preferences and special requests are accurately recorded and communicated across departments.
- Oversee training and mentoring of Guest Services Agents and support team members in daily duties.
- Assist in the development of front desk procedures and systems in preparation for the resort opening.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure a flawless guest journey.
- Handle VIP arrivals and special occasions with personalized attention and elevated service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and contribute to strategies for continuous improvement.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role at the Front Desk in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- A hands-on, guest-focused approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or resort Front Office department.
- Strong working knowledge of hotel property management systems..
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and guest service standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency.
