The National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) holds 90% of the company's shareholding, while the remaining shareholding is held by reputed businessmen of the countryAbout the role:The work of Sr. Specialist I, Logistics is responsible for overseeing daily operations within their designated department or team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves leading a team of employees, monitoring performance, providing guidance and training, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.You will be responsible for:

Contributes to Annual budget preparation and tracking coordination.
Arranges for and tracks action items of logistics service providers quarterly performance reviews
Responsible for Logistics customer complaints analysis and reduction recommendations
Oversees Logistics contracts management
Responsible for Logistics work processes optimization tracking
Responsible for Ocean freight contracts renewal coordination
Provides regular logistics costs analysis and optimization recommendations.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics.

Minimum Experience:5 years experience with Degree or 12 years experience with Diploma is desirable.Required Skills:
