About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fleet Specialist to oversee and manage our company’s vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day fleet activities, compliance with safety regulations, and cost-effective management of resources.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the company’s fleet, including allocation and scheduling of vehicles.
Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and usage to ensure efficiency.
Oversee preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs of vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, licenses, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with local transport and safety regulations.
Coordinate with drivers, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues.
Track fleet expenses and prepare regular reports for management.
Recommend strategies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in fleet management or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
