To develop, implement, and oversee company-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards. Minimum 10 Years of Experience in the HSE field. Have an understanding of the requirements and implications of working as an HSE Manager.Required Education & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
Proven experience as an HSE Manager with Aramco-approved status.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety regulations and Aramco safety standards.
Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OHSAS 18001, etc.).
Long-term commitment to the project.
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and formal Arabic.Job Description:
Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs aligned with Aramco standards.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HSE requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
Lead HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Liaise with government agencies, clients, and subcontractors regarding HSE matters.
Provide HSE training and awareness programs to staff and contractors.
Monitor compliance with local regulations and Aramco requirements.
Report on HSE performance metrics to management.
Promote a safety culture across all project phases.
Maintain records of safety-related incidents, training, and inspections.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety devices.
Support emergency response planning and drills.Important Note:
