1. Cash flow management including payment allocations to various projects / spreads / creditors
2. Opening Letter of credit and managing the bank facility Limits
3. Responsibility for Payment processing
4. Meeting / Compliance with documentary and information requirements of Banks for facilities availed
5. Effective management of working capital and calculate interest / charges and repayment schedule of LC.
6. Finalize / Supervise Billing with Planning Team & ensure timely submission of bills to client
7. Follow up with client and Project Team for collection
8. Tracking and Custodian of BG’s issued in favor of KPIL
9. BG issuance and Tracking of BG’s issued by KPIL including renewals and collection / submission of expired BG’s
10. Supervision and Control over petty cash payments / Balances
11. Vendor / Sub-contractor management (wherever required), with support from Payables Team e.g. Vendor Reconciliations and the like
12. Debtor’s management through unbilled and aging analysis reports, tracking of invoices
13. Enforce and implement IKTVA audit requirement.
14.
