- Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives and stakeholders, acting as the go-to interface for commercial and site-related matters.
- Coordinate, clarifications, amendments, and renewals in collaboration with site/commercial teams.
- Oversee the EPC contractor’s performance on safety, cost, quality, and schedule metrics at site.
- Manage communication and operational alignment between EPC teams, engineering, procurement, and project controls.
- Monitor productivity and progress, identify risks, and assist in mitigation planning, including constructability reviews where necessary.
- Participate in or coordinate constructability assessments and ensure alignment with engineering deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to project leadership on site performance, financials, contract status, and emerging risks.
- Liaise across internal departments—such as Project Management, Finance, Procurement, HR/Admin—to ensure seamless support and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase order, vendor reconciliation
- Timely closing of Monthly account and providing outstanding expenses provision details with working.
- Store Monitoring which include timely booking of GRN, issue note, SC material reconciliation, consumption booking and stock verification.
Experience: 7+ years in account management, commercial, or construction management roles within EPC or construction contracts—including prior experience with on-site coordination.Core Competencies:o Commercial acumen: forecasting, negotiations,
o Strong vendor-facing communication and relationship management.
o Understanding of EPC contract dynamics and construction lifecycle coordination.
o Ability to manage risk, ensure compliance
o Leadership skills to coordinate internal and external project teams effectively.Technical Skills:o Familiarity with contract types and construction project management tools.
o Proficiency in financial monitoring and project reporting systems.
