- Source and screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong networking and sourcing abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in English and Arabic
