As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the overall recruitment process. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the hiring process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including extending job offers and negotiating salary packages.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
