- Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process, including extending job offers and negotiating salary packages.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
