- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through outbound activities (calls, emails, networking).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Present Syarah’s products and services to potential business clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Care) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
