Our mission is to provide professional, reliable, and high-quality services that ensure smooth operations and long-term asset value for our clients.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in the Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets specifically within FM services.Key Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B Clients, real estate developers, property management firms, and corporate clients.Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.Requirements:Mandatory: Previous sales experience in a Facility Management company (minimum 2–3 years).Strong network with decision-makers in B2B, real estate, property management, or corporate sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in Arabic (Fluent English is an added advantage).Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary + attractive commission structure.Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding FM company.Supportive and professional work environment.📧 How to Apply:
