We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner / Coordinator to join our team and assist in coordinating and planning maintenance activities for our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule for all properties under our care- Coordinate with property managers, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks- Monitor and track maintenance requests and work orders to ensure they are completed efficiently and within deadlines- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses for reporting purposes- Provide support and guidance to maintenance staff when needed- Develop and organize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.- Monitor execution and ensure efficiency.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance planning and coordinationQualifications:- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI -Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office-Experience in maintenance planning and coordination- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Fluency in Arabic and English is required- Saudi nationality (required).-Preferably MaleIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintenance planning and coordination, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
