
Sales Account Manager Intern

- Client Relationship Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across public and private healthcare sectors
- Act as a key advocate for clients to ensure they receive a high level of service from InterSystems
- Understand client business needs and help develop strategic account plans aligned with their goals
- Sales & Business Development
- Learn how to identify new business opportunities and work on full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Participate in strategic planning processes and develop account plans to ensure client's optimum return on their investment and the development of long term, secure and healthy revenue streams for InterSystems.
- Respond to RFPs, create proposals and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Technical Support) to drive sales success.
- Customer Success
- Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing support and relationship management.
- Monitor client usage and adoption to identify expansion or support needs.
- Support the coordination of client projects with internal technical, delivery, and support teams.
- Training & Learning
- Participate in InterSystems' onboarding, product, and sales training programs.
- Continuously develop understanding of InterSystems' technologies, solutions, and industries served.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data
- Manage the achievement of licence, implementation and support revenues.
- Monitor user adoption, revenue, Accounts Receivable, and any contract renewals.
- Prepare reports and assist in internal account reviews and strategic account activities.
- This role is intended for recent or soon to be graduates from a Bachelor's, Master's
- Interdisciplinary academic work in Computer Science, Physics, Math, Bioengineering or STEM preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong interest in sales, technology, and customer engagement
- Problem solving and Critical Thinking
- A genuine interest and technical curiosity for software in the healthcare sector (ours and others)
- High level of initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Confidence in presenting to stakeholders at various levels
- Familiarity with enterprise software or healthcare systems (e.g. EHR, ERP, or integration engines) is a plus
- Ability to travel within the region
