Job Description – Account Manager (Sales) Company: MOVICO Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Department: Sales & Business Development Reports to: Sales Director / Business Development Manager Role Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver tailored media, marketing, and event solutions that align with client objectives and MOVICO’s offerings. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all sales-related matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand MOVICO’s market presence. Understand client needs and propose customized media, marketing, and event solutions in line with MOVICO’s capabilities. Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing, project management) to ensure successful project execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in media, events, or marketing industries. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
