The CAFM & Asset Management Lead is a pivotal position within the Facilities & Property Management sector, specifically tailored for professionals with airport experience. This role focuses on leveraging Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems to enhance the management of assets and facilities, particularly in an airport environment.   • Coordinate with airport operations and security teams to ensure seamless integration of asset management processes.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve asset utilization.
  • Lead a skilled team of facilities management professionals, providing mentorship and support to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to airport asset management and facilities operations.
