- Provide on-site telephone support, log incidents accurately, and resolve them promptly using remote technology.
- Deliver outstanding customer support through patience, diligence, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents and adhere to established procedures and service level agreements.
- Prioritize instant resolution of service incidents and minimize escalations.
- Install, configure, and replace desktop computers and equipment, ensuring proper asset tracking and recycling.
- Provide basic support for telephone handsets, mobile devices, and communications cabinets.
- Support interactive teaching equipment and troubleshoot desktop software.
- Escalate complex incidents to the IT Infrastructure Team and ensure thorough documentation.
- Troubleshoot hardware faults and manage Active Directory Server tasks.
- Monitor network access, liaise with IT vendors, and manage IT inventory.
- Bachelor's degree in IT qualification or
- Diploma with 3 years of hands on experience
- Any certificate for IT or Network is an advantage
