- Own and manage the centralized pipeline of all creative and marketing requests across functions
- Ensure clear visibility of all incoming, ongoing, and completed work and track progress
- Assess and prioritize requests based on business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment
- Align with stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines
- Act as the main point of contact between requesting teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Growth) and the creative team
- Ensure briefs are complete, clear, and actionable before work begins
- Facilitate communication to avoid delays or rework
- Allocate tasks based on team capacity, skills, and deadlines
- Monitor team bandwidth and recommend adjustments when needed
- Support planning cycles (weekly/monthly) for upcoming campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to workflow processes, SLAs, and approval cycles
- Maintain consistency in output quality and brand alignment
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working
- Track key metrics such as turnaround time, backlog, on-time delivery, and workload distribution
- Provide regular updates and dashboards to leadership
- Identify trends and recommend efficiency improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 4–6+ years in project management, or creative operations
- Experience working with marketing or creative teams in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
