- Identify and approach new banking prospects in the region
- Present and promote our digital solutions portfolio
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with presales and product teams for tailored client proposals
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in banking or fintech solutions
- Strong understanding of digital banking products and the financial services market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus
- Based in Dubai or willing to travel within the GCC region
