 Oversee the operations of multiple, stores and branches.
 Achieves regional sales and operation objectives.
 Distribute and follow up on monthly targets in the region.
 Meeting the regional sales targets in the defined market and business segments.
 Maintain product MIX % between different products .
 Prepare and complete sales action plans.
 Propose new ideas and recommend policies to enhance sales.
 Maximize company profits at the branches supervised.
 Maintains and expands customer base by counseling region sales representatives.
 Identifying new customer opportunities.
 Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email or face-to-face.
 Investigate and solve customers&problems.
 Report any suspicious cases / fraudulent detecting
 Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by selecting and recruiting employees as needed.
 Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires.
 Conduct regular staff meetings.
 Reply to sales staff queries on time.
 Prepare team schedule.
 Communicating job expectations.
 Enforce discipline and company standards.
 Enforcing company policies and procedures.
 Work on enhancing employees’ productivity.
 Follow up on hardware-software maintenance.
 evaluate user needs and system functionality, ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs.
 Conduct regular store visits (Training/checklists….)
 Conduct induction and technical training for new joiners.
 Conduct regular training for the sales team as needed.
 Make sure that the sales staff compline to company policy
 Engage actively in proposing and implementing marketing ideas that improve sales in the region.
 Deploy on time any Marketing promotions
