This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and the vendor..What will you do?
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of account executives and sales representatives.
  • Set and manage sales targets, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Which Talent do you bring?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technology solutions and the IT sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global matrixed environment.
