- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of account executives and sales representatives.
- Set and manage sales targets, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategy and execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts.
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology solutions and the IT sales cycle.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global matrixed environment.
