- Support Cisco Collaboration systems, Oracle SBC, Verint Recording and other telecom systems.
- The role involves system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability and performance.
- Support and troubleshoot CUCM, Unity, IM&P, and CMS.
- Administer and resolve issues with Oracle SBC.
- Manage and support Verint Voice Recording.
- MS teams and zoom administration.
- Perform daily system checks and maintenance.
- Assist in configuration, deployment, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Cisco Collaboration certifications (Voice CCNA & CCNP required; CCIE preferred).
- SBC certifications.
- Good knowledge and experience in MS teams and Zoom.
- Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
