SWATX is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist who will play a key role in transforming our digital landscape and driving innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across the organization to identify digital opportunities and implement strategic initiatives that leverage technology to meet business objectives.Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and identify digital solutions to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital strategies that resonate with customers.
  • Design and implement digital platforms, tools, and interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in digital technology and recommend new tools and processes for adoption.
  • Provide training and support to employees on digital applications and platforms.
  • Develop and document digital processes and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
RequirementsEssential Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Solutions Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms, including CMS, CRM, and social media tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
