- Provide strategic guidance in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on Total Contract Value (TCV)-driven sales, and structure contracts aligned with long-term goals for clients and Lenovo.
- Steer the team in converting high-value strategic deals with a TCV focus of $20 Mn and above, crafting compelling proposals, and engaging in high-impact negotiations.
- Streamline the sales process to expedite deal closures without compromising service quality and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate a smooth transition to the next strategic opportunity after successful deal closure.
- Develop and execute a strategic approach for lead generation and prospect engagement within target customer organizations, while strategically upselling and cross-selling additional solutions to existing clients.
- Steer and inspire the sales team to effectively identify and initiate contact with potential clients, employing a persuasive approach to close deals.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring unwavering client loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with in-territory counterparts and matrix teams to achieve shared growth goals.
- Endpoint Management & Security: Deep familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM), VMware Workspace ONE, and/or Citrix UEM. Working knowledge of Zero-Trust frameworks, conditional access, and endpoint threat-detection platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
- Device-as-a-Service / Lifecycle Platforms: Experience designing or selling DaaS offerings that span procurement, imaging, enrolment (Windows Autopilot), break-fix, and certified end-of-life recycling. Understanding of global logistics, depot sparing, and reverse-supply-chain processes.
- Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Analytics: Ability to articulate and quantify experience KPIs using tools such as Nexthink, Lakeside SysTrack, or Lenovo Device Intelligence.
- Hybrid & Virtual Desktops: Conceptual and financial modelling expertise for Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, and AWS Workspaces—including GPU-accelerated use cases.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) & Automation: Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or BMC Remedy, plus RPA-oriented scripting (PowerShell, Python) for workflow automation.
- Cloud & Edge Infrastructure: Working knowledge of Azure Stack HCI, Lenovo TruScale Hybrid Cloud, and integration patterns for edge-to-cloud device provisioning.
- Networking & Collaboration: Solid grasp of SD-WAN basics, Wi-Fi 6/6E performance factors, and unified-communications ecosystems (Teams, Zoom, Webex) as they relate to device readiness.
- Sustainability & Compliance: Familiar with ISO 14064/65 carbon accounting, EU Right-to-Repair, and regional data-residency requirements (e.g., GCC, GDPR).
