Join our pre-opening Rooms Division team as Guest Experience Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering a personalized, seamless guest journey across every touchpoint—from pre-arrival to post-departure. This is a unique opportunity to help define the guest experience at one of the most anticipated ultra-luxury destinations in the world.What You Will Do
- Oversee the guest experience function, ensuring every guest receives intuitive, thoughtful, and personalized service.
- Lead and develop the Guest Experience team, including Guest Relations, Concierge, and VIP Services.
- Coordinate pre-opening tasks such as service flow design, guest recognition programs, and guest journey mapping.
- Ensure VIP and repeat guests are recognized and celebrated through bespoke amenities and elevated service delivery.
- Work closely with all departments to curate signature moments and unique guest experiences throughout the resort.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and prompt resolution, ensuring service recovery and retention.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Support the creation of pre-arrival and in-stay communications aligned with the Four Seasons voice and service culture.
- Extensive experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Guest Experience roles in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and support a service-focused team.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest engagement skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel chain within Rooms Division operations.
- Engaging and energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and proficiency in hotel property management systems, especially Opera.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency.
