The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of construction
materials, engineering principles, and strong sales acumen. This role requires
building and maintaining relationships with contractors and construction firms
while promoting our range of building materials.
▪ Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and expand relationships with existing clients in the
building construction sector.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely
delivery and proper use of materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and
threats.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients, adhering to
their project specifications and pricing requirements.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business.
- Maintain the data entry through CRM and any other reporting tool.
▪ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction
industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with
diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
