Complete vehicle conversions to specification, within timeline, and to the highest quality standards. Perform fault finding and rectification to guarantee performance, safety, and complianceKey Accountabilities: DescriptionParticipate in developing the technical specifications for the detailed engineering and prepare procurement technical study of the components and follows up the work performed by the selected Contractors.Supervise and improve installation throughout in a plant by supporting teams, drafting safety protocols, reporting issues to management, and enhance process efficiency and profits.Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends.Key Accountabilities: Performance IndicatorsCustomer Satisfaction f/b rateTechnical Analytical reports & DashboardsDamage Ratio of InstallationTraining Plan FulfillmentProduct Development ReportMajor ActivitiesDesign and engineer automotive conversion upgrades for range of vehicles including passenger cars & light commercial vehicles.Work with other engineering specialists (Electrical, Electronic, Software, Production) to provide automotive conversion services to our clients.Consider both technical and commercial aspects for new programs and projects.Ensure product design reflects the volume and pricing of the proposed product and serviceConduct data analysis for Associates internal engagement survey and propose engagement action plans to improve their satisfaction level.Conduct Team performance evaluation and capture all KPI's results to be reflected with proper analysis to identify top/low performers .Ensure all products designs, new developments and projects comply with current Toyota Standards and any other relevant legislation.Installation of Conversion products with a high precision to generate one integrated quality product.Communicate with Engineering department of body builder companies to improve the Quality of productFolow-up SASO requirementsPrepare a technical Engineering study on demanded test vehicles & conduct fitment checkJob Context

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree, preferably Electronic, Mechanical or Automotive EngineeringMinimum ExperienceOne year of overall experience in Automotive Engineering to vehicle manufacturer quality standardsJob-Specific SkillsExperience in CAD.
