SCM Procurement/Specialist/ Engineer/Officer On Urgent Hiring On Local Transfer

• Deep understanding of steel grades, standards, and specifications (e.g., ASTM, EN, JIS)
• Familiarity with types of steel products (e.g., coils, sheets, bars, structural steel)
• Awareness of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and raw material costs (iron ore, scrap, etc.)
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain in steel procurement, including incoterms and international trade.

• Strong cost analysis and price negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze supplier proposals, cost breakdowns, and delivery schedules
• Proficient in inventory control and demand forecasting

• Skilled in negotiating prices, contracts and payment terms
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building
• Effective in cross-functional communication (engineering, finance, logistics, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Metallurgy, or Business
• 3–8+ years of experience in steel or industrial procurement
• ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Certification in CIPS, CPM, or CSCP is a plus

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Resilient under pressure, especially during price spikes or supply chain disruptions
• Ethical and transparent in dealings
• Quick decision-making with risk awareness
• Culturally aware, especially if sourcing globally

• First Priority : Currently based in KSA with knowledge of the local vendor/Supplier and International manufacture
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
• Second Priority : Outside KSA
• Experience working with Chinese, Indian, and European vendors.
• Engineering Degree preferred
