- Coordinate with projects managers to understand procurement needs
- Sourcing for new qualified vendors local and offshore
- Soliciting bids & Sending RFQs
- Evaluate bids, negotiate favorable terms and select the right vendor
- Manage accounts payables
- Track MSRs and ensure it is converted into POs
- Responsible to Ensure invoices are submitted by supplier accurately and in timely manner
- Responsible for Making reconciliation for major accounts on a quarterly basis
- Accountable to review open orders on a daily basis to follow up for delivery
- Responsible for Closing accruals & advance invoices on a quarterly basis
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and bring new ideas
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with suppliers
- Enhance payment terms
- MIS Reports handling
