Job summary
  • Defines, develops and delivers long term operational plans for own unit which will be driven by departmental plans.
  • Review the Payment and OPEX Invoices and appropriate accounting allocations in order that the company's financial position is accurately presented for internal action planning and for outside users
  • Manages the use of resources in the department to ensure that they are properly utilized and match operational needs.
  • Provides input into corporate and financial planning and budgeting through the submission of data and reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate accounting and financial records and ensure that the Saudi Accounting Standards and the company's accounting and financial policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Manages highly complex projects and ensuring that the project targets are met and, where possible, exceeded.
  • Manages the preparation of accounts analysis, trial balance and the supporting schedules to ensure that correct balances are presented in the financial statements.
  • Oversee the review process of the daily bank reconciliation and proceeds and perform the necessary corrections and/or adjustments if required.
  • Ensures monthly reconciliation regarding areas such as OPEX Accounts Payables, Monitoring Statements.
  • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed by higher levels of supervision.

  • Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and coordinating direct reports performance.
  • Set the section's goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to the direct reports' individual goals and objectives.
  • Apply individual items of sector's policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.
  • Coordinate with direct reports the performance of their delegated responsibilities.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of the section's employees, and guide the activities of direct reports.
  • Oversee the overall performance of direct reports according to communicated KPI's.
